*If you have a current Monohull SF Bay YRA PHRF certificate please attach a copy. If you have an expired certificate and have not modified your boat or rigging, please attach a copy of that certificate.  Standard unmodified, production boats without a PHRF certificate will be assigned a non-contestable PHRF rating by the Joint Race Committee. For help on obtaining a PHRF certificate, call SF YRA at 415-771-9500 or see www.yra.org.   Multihulls must have a current BAMA certificate.

 

I release, hold harmless and indemnify Alameda Yacht Club, Ballena Bay Yacht Club, Encinal Yacht Club, Island Yacht Club, Oakland Yacht Club, Treasure Island Yacht Club, Bay Area Multihull Association, Catalina 34 Association, their officers, directors, race committee and persons serving therewith, from any damages, claims or liabilities arising in connection with my participation in, or the entered boat’s participation in, this race, even if caused solely by the negligence of one or more releasee.   I understand that it is the sole responsibility of each yacht’s skipper to decide whether or not to start or continue to race.  I agree to be bound by the sailing instructions and the applicable Revised Rules of Sailing.
