DHF 2016 anyone? 37th edition Sat. March 26! Skippers' meeting Wed March 23rd at Oakland YC
Plan on an interesting and enlightening evening at the skipper's meeting.

The NOR will be similar to last years in content, please review 2015 and provide feedback. http://www.sfbama.org/2015/DHF/nr.pdf

SAS is not required but recommended. Required readings will be in NOR/SI.

On a personal note, it is very sad to report that our good friend and long term BAMA member and officer Randy Devol has crossed the bar. It's hard to believe he's gone.

June 2, 1957 – Nov. 22, 2015
Resident of Mountain View
Randy passed away peacefully on 11/22/15 at El Camino Hospital. Randy is survived by his beloved wife, Sandy of 21 years; daughter Nicole Devol; Mother, Shirley Devol; sister Sharon Devol, stepsons Samuel (Maria) Nicol, and Jacob (Alexis) Nicol; step granddaughter, Marley Nicol and step grandson, Sammy Nicol.

Randy is the "behind the scenes" man with many hats. He has served as Race Coordinator and Co/Chairman for BAMA and has run the Double Handed Farallones Race for approximately 14 years. Randy has raced the Hobie Cat Trifoiler, Blade Runner, the F-24 Mk I, Joint Venture and the F-31, Joint Venture.

oops..the 8th is also the Awards for 3BF.

Considering several ways to make this work, it seems the best alternative would be to move it back a week to Wed Feb 15th - everything else the same.

We will also use this as a pre-skippers meeting for the 38th DHF (and DHWB, DHG7, DHBL) race(s) on March 18th 2017. See News
